Column Method
We have to find out the addition of following algebraic expression which are 4a + 8b - 9c, 8a – 5b + 3c , - 6a + 8b + 7c
4a + 8b - 9c
8a – 5b + 3c

Step.1) we have to write the expressions one below the others so that the like terms fall in the same column
Step.2) Add the terms in each column.
