RELATION BETWEEN PLACE VALUE AND FACE VALUE -
· Face Value of a digit is the digit itself.
· Place Value of a digit is obtained by multiplying its face value by the value of the place of the digit.
· Place Value of zero is always zero.
Example 1: Write the face value and the place value of all the digits in 157682034
Example 2: Find the difference between the place value and face value of 6 in the following number: 6,34,075
