CONCEPT OF PERIMETER -

Perimeter -

Perimeter is a Greek word. "Peri" means around and meter means measure. 

A plane figure bounded by segments is called a rectilinear figure – example triangle, square, rectangle….. The length of the boundary of a closed figure is called its perimeter. Perimeter is the sum of the length of all the sides of the figure.

There is a example is given below -

Perimeter of the given figure is

= 69 m + 85 m + 112 m + 102 m

= 368 m

The answer is 368 m.
